Durham Martyrs Walking Group/Memory Café – Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk South Shields 9 October

As previously announced, Durham Martyrs Walking Group and our Memory Café have teamed up to take part in the Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk at South Shields on the 9th October 2021.
