I hope Christmas and New Year went well. Thank you for all the gifts and cards. St. Leonard’s Masses went well. A special thanks to all for helping to make our two Masses so special and meaningful. We move into a new year with a spirit of hope. “Hope is an embrace of the unknowable, an alternative to the certainty of both optimists and pessimists. Optimists think it will be fine without our involvement; pessimists take the opposite position, both excuse themselves from acting.” R. Solnit Sadly, we lost Lily Parry and Margaret Madden, two kind and gentle parishioners. May they rest in peace.
