We now move into the lovely Season of Lent, which begins next Wednesday (Ash). Do keep an eye to the events in the parish, such as Friday soup, which support various groups within the parish. Mass times and confession times. Reconciliation Services (First Holy Communion and Partnership). Exposition is as usual at St Godric’s, and perhaps Lent affords an opportunity to spend some time in silence before the Blessed Sacrament. It is always very supportive to have others quietly present with you in prayer. You’d be surprised at how helpful this is. Words unnecessary. Just presence.
