Directons to St Joseph's Church
By Car:
From Durham City Centre take the A690 towards Sunderland, then at Gilesgate roundabout take the A181 towards Gilesgate, at the petrol station turn right and continue down the road, turn left directly before the Bingo hall, as you go down Mill Lane, St. Joseph’s Church is on your left.
From the A1(M) exit at Junction 62 and take the A690 towards Durham, at the next roundabout turn left towards Gilesgate, at the petrol station turn right and continue down the road, turn left directly before the Bingo hall, as you go down Mill Lane, St. Joseph’s Church is on your left.

By Bus:
From Durham Bus Station take the 20 towards Sunderland or the 65 towards Seaham to Gilesgate Moor Recreational Ground. From there walk up the Road and turn right onto Mill Lane in front of the Opticians. As you walk down the road, St. Joseph’s Church is on your right.
Alternatively, take the 64 from Claypath towards Sherburn Gray Avenue (not Musgrave Gardens). Alight at Sherburn Road and continue walking up the road, turn right onto Mill Lane directly in front of the Bingo hall, St. Joseph’s Church is on your right.
