Directons to St Bede's Chapel

By Car:
From Durham City Centre take the A691 towards Consett, at the County Hall roundabout take the B6532 towards Sacriston, at the next exit take the 3rd Exit signposted ‘Framwellgate School’, at the mini-roundabout turn right onto Finchale Road, about 1/2 a mile later, once you pass Framwellgate School turn right at the next set of Traffic lights and then turn left, St. Bede’s Car Park is on the left. Once you walk out of the Car Park St. Godric’s School is on your left, follow the signs to St. Bede’s Chapel for weekday services.

By Bus:
Take either the 50 towards South Shields, 62 towards Brasside or the 64 towards the Arnison Centre and alight at Framwellgate School, once you alight cross into Newton Hall at the traffic lights ahead and then turn left, continue past the car park and St. Godric’s School is on your left, follow the signs to St. Bede’s Chapel for weekday services.
