Parish News and Announcements

Our next International Lunch will be taking place on Sunday 21st  September at St. Joseph's after the 10:30 Mass. It's a great opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy a nice time whilst tasting delicious food from around the world.  It would be great to see parishioners from both St. Joseph's and St. Godric's there.

Feel free to bring some food to share and be ready to enjoy it with our lovely parish community.  For more information feel free to join the WhatsApp group

St. Godric’s is again involved in the national Heritage Open Days this year.

Being able to welcome visitors to our beautiful listed building, to explain a little of our history and give them an opportunity to look, learn and enjoy in a friendly atmosphere is always a wonderful  experience.

Here at St. Godric’s we are appealing across the whole parish to ask for any-one who has a little time to spare to help keep the church occupied during our opening  times- even an half  hour would be an enormous help!   If you are able to provide refreshments ( similar to a Sunday morning) that would be wonderful!

If you can help, please contact Kathleen Murray 07759130837. THANK YOU in advance!
