Consent to the use of images (photography and filming) for Youth Group/Children's Liturgy form

The Parish of the Durham Martyrs and its Youth Group and Children’s Liturgy recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all children and young people. In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of children and young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/ carer and children.
During Youth group or Children’s Liturgy activities, we might take photos and videos of your child(ren)
We’d like to use these images and videos for:
The Parish of the Durham Martyrs website, weekly bulletin and social media.
Posters, leaflets, or other materials to promote Youth Group or Children’s Liturgy events.
Local or national news stories about Youth Group or Children’s Liturgy activities (such as the Northern Cross).
These photos and videos will only be used to share news about Youth Group events or to encourage others to get involved in the future. We will never name your child alongside their photo, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing durhammartyrsparishyouthgroup@gmail.com or Parish webmaster Leanne Heseltine Leanne.Heseltine@diocesehn.org.uk
