Parish Youth Group attend the Significance Festival

Some of our Youth Group attended the Significance Festival at the Emmaus youth village today. What an amazing day! The young people had so much fun that they really didn't want their day to end. The adults who went along with them were so proud of them and it brings such joy to see their friendship blossoming.

It was such a privilege to take part in the celebration of such a special person- Father Dermott Donnelly and to contribute to such a worthwhile cause that the Significance charity is.

It seemed so fitting for our youth group to be there and to listen to and read about Fr Dermott's vision - "Young people are not called to live lives of survival or even success, but to lives of happiness and SIGNIFICANCE".
