Pastoral Strategy and Mission Discernment -Finchale Partnership

In April each of our parishes sent a report to the Diocese, setting out their priorities for mission in their area, and considering the challenges of stewardship, of our people, buildings and finance. The Diocese has now asked us to look at the mission and challenges in the wider area of our Partnership.

Since the parishes sent in their reports, representatives from each parish have been getting together to talk about the plans we will need to take forward in the next few years to ensuring the church is thriving across all the parishes in our Partnership area.

We have drafted a plan for the Partnership and the key objectives are listed below.

We would be very grateful if all our parishioners could take the time to look at this plan and provide us with any comments you may have including any specific areas you think we should have considered?

Please can you provide any feedback either by completing the attached form on the homepage or writing down your comments and returning them for collection at the back of church no later than Sunday 26 July 2026.
