Thank you to all who came to our first youth group! We all had a wonderful time with the YMT. It was lovely seeing our children and young people coming together to play games, sing songs and have fun. The next session will be on the 25th October after the 5pm Mass. This time we'll be making lanterns; these are to be used in a procession planned for the 8th November and then will be displayed at St Godric's church during Lumiere! The Journey in Faith Parish Programme begins on 6th November and runs until Easter next year. It is held on Thursday evenings at 7.00pm in the Jubilee Room at St Joseph’s.
What is the Journey in Faith?

The Programme of talks are given by invited speakers from the parish and surrounding area. A copy of the programme will be placed in both churches and on the website. Each session involves a presentation and some informal group discussion and concludes by 8.30 pm with tea and coffee. The programme generally attracts three categories of people
·      Those who are curious and want to know more about Catholicism and might want to become more committed
·      Those who are already firmly resolved to become Catholics
·      Parishioners who come to refresh their own understanding of what our faith teaches, and also, very importantly, to support enquirers and welcome them into our community.
