Our next walk will take place next Saturday, 18th June and will be a coastal walk at South Shields following the route of the 7k ‘Memory Walk’ which many of you will be familiar with. Meet at entrance to Bents Park, South Shields (opposite The New Sundial on the seafront, NE33 2LD) to commence walk at 10.30am. Car Parks are available along the road or down the side of Bents Park (pay and display). There will be the opportunity for fish and chips/refreshments afterwards. it would be very helpful if you could let Marjorie know if you plan to join us so that we know who to expect and so that we can try to co-ordinate car sharing. Pack your buckets and spades, kiss-me-quick hats, enjoy a nice walk and have a good day out!!
